Menu Plan Monday
by Jane on Monday, 17th March 2008

I thought I’d try my hand at being a little more organised by planning my menu for the week.

To appear even more organised, I’m posting it here on my blog so that the world can see just how efficient I am :D

Here goes:

Monday ~ Lamb chops and raw veges

Tuesday ~ BBQ chicken (takeaway - it’s a busy day)

Wednesday ~ Salad (we’re in Australia, so it’s quite warm here at the moment)

Thursday ~ Pork chops and chats in jackets (butter too!)

Friday ~ Party pies & chips & a video (to watch, not to eat) - yes I know it’s good friday, maybe I’ll swap it with the pancakes…

Saturday ~ Pancakes with diced bacon

Sunday ~ Lamb roast with baked potatoes, pumpkin, parsnip & sweet potato (yum)

Not always the healthiest food, but at least most of it is ;)

Hope I make it. Wish me luck!
