Kraft for Kidz Blog Carnival 1
by Jane on Friday, 13th June 2008

Hi everyone, and welcome to the first ever Kraft for Kidz blog carnival!

*insert trumpet blare here*

It’s taken some work, but not nearly as much as I’d feared.

H.U.G.E thank~yous to everyone involved, now let’s get this show on the road!

How~To’s with Instructions:

Our first stop is at Our Crafts N Things to visit Melanie, who will be sharing her daughter Hailey’s beautiful sheep craft.
Melanie is a friend of mine at The Mom Blogs Forum, so play nice with her. ;)

Jennifer at The love of our life, little DinoEgg, has also invited us by to see the door knob hanger she made for Little DinoEgg’s room while daddy was keeping him occupied.

Beans Beans the musical fruit is the ambiguous title of Laura’s post, over at Grocery Mama.
Laura is another friend of mine & she usually shares tips about saving money on your groceries, among other things.

Jasmine at Skill Clue has a tutorial on how to make your own little fluffy tassels.
Her kids even joined in too!

Holli Jo at Craft Tutorials shows us how to create a simple & fun Mini Dry-Erase Board.
Finally, a way for those windowed bill envelopes to be used for good instead of evil.

Samir shares some pop~up cards he made for some friends with children.

And last (but not least) on the list of How~to’s for June is this cute pinwheel wreath from Balance Girl at Seasonal Kids Activities.

And now for some Sharing and Caring:

Kari, another Aussie like me, shares some lovely thank you cards that she & her son Aidan made to give to his friends after his birthday party. They’re really sweet.

Pop in to see Silvia, at Po Moyemu–In My Opinion to check out the Gourd Basket that she and her daughter made together on a Mother~Daughter weekend.

And finally, a quick hello to Kelleigh, who wanted to be involved this month but couldn’t be. Hope you’re feeling better soon, Kelleigh!

A huge thank you to everyone for getting involved and making the first Kraft for Kidz blog carnival so great!

This first month has been more of a success that I had hoped and it’s all because of all of these fantabulous people above and everyone who came along to join in today.

So give yourselves a pat on the back and have a peanut m&m on me. ;)

Register here now to be a part of the July Kraft for Kidz blog carnival!

And don’t forget to get your freaky parenting photos comp entries to me by Saturday night!
