Vegie Patch Thriving

After two months, this is what our vegetable garden looks like.

Look closely & you’ll see an aubergine on the left that’s almost ready to pick.

Not a clue what we’ll do with it, because I’ve never eaten or cooked with them, but I’m open to aubergine/eggplant recipe suggestions…

Note also the padlock on the gate:  Bump-proofing was a must.
