This is a fun craft project that Mr Bump & I put together from leftover bits and pieces around the house.
As you can see, the clock face is a paper plate left over from Christmas. The patty pans came from a shop~bought muffin mix pack, and the straw hands are just… well, drinking straws.

Next time you have a particularly tasty tomato, put some of the seeds aside on a piece of paper towel and put them in a warm dry place to dry.
I guarantee you will have the tastiest tomatoes in town.
As you can see, we’re waiting on some of our own right now, and we’re all drooling at the thought of it.
Not only will the tomatoes be delicious, but all that drooling makes sure they’re very well watered…

Wren and I used this glue to make her first~ever piƱata for her 4th birthday party.
When it was time for the kids to have a bash at it, the d*mn thing was so strong that none of them could break it.
I kinda think we put a few too many layers on there…
Even when the ribbon holding it broke and the thing dropped to the ground, it didn’t break.

For Mr Bump’s third birthday last year, he wanted a Thomas the tank engine “train track cake” with blue icing. This is the result.
When it was time to sing ‘happy birthday’, I put his wooden Thomas train at the side of the cake and three train-shaped candles on the cake.
It was a big hit!

I suppose everyone has a lame-o post to announce the start of their new blog, and I’m no different.
So when I finally decided to get out there and start a blog, I hit that same question that everyone does: What to write about.
Well, over the years the kids and I (there are two of them, and five of me to run around picking up after them), have done a lot of craft. We have cupboards full.
Subject solved.
Interspersed with pithy observations on the meaning of life (or ‘lif’?), the universe and everything.
So there.
